Where is custom prompt control?

Where can I find custom prompt control in the app? The homepage says that's a free feature. However, I'm not seeing the prompt setting that this video shows: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dwsxaXAGIN4&ab_channel=super… I've attached the screenshot of my "Modes" section of the settings. I'm on v1.31.2.
