UX challenges
I'm a Wisprflow user who recently switched when the Windows app was launched. The reason I wanted to switch was because of the model customization. In a perfect example of being a stupid user, I just jumped in without watching any tutorials or reading any documentation. Based on my experience using the app, I had assumed because Windows was a new launch that you had not enabled custom models in the application. I subsequently uninstalled the application and went back to Wisprflow. It's just today after my second time installing the application that I figured out that "Modes" is where you go to configure the model. I had spent all my time looking in settings to try to figure this out. You either need some sort of onboarding flow that really educates the user on this, or think about how do you change the UX so it becomes more obvious how users can control that experience. Now that I know what it is, it's actually really impressive. And I'll probably play with it a lot more.
