In the history, allow the title of the transcript to be renamed and tagged for better organization.

Agree. Particularly renaming transcripts. Of my last 10 meeting transcripts, 5 of them are named: "Here is a summary of the key points..." Which essentially makes it completely impossible to find transcripts.

I would love this as most of my scripts start with the same sentence (the first line of the AI response to the prompt, eg: Here's a structured summary of the meeting transcript) which means I can only identify them by date and time, not ideal. It would be great to be able to rename them. I just realised that I can edit that line in the JSON file, but that's cumbersome. A simple rename option, and maybe the possibility to tag or use a folder structure to organise the output would be fantastic.
I would like to request this feature as well. It is hard to keep track of the transcripts based on the first lines alone. Meetings are more easily referenced if the title can be renamed to the subject of the meeting, or other memorable information like attendees etc. Thank you!
