Switch from push-to-talk to hands-free mid-recording

When I start with push-to-talk and realize I need more time, I’d like to press the Spacebar to switch the current recording into hands-free mode. I could then release the shortcut and keep speaking without restarting the recording, the same way it works in Wispr Flow.
