Show progress and status when transcribing a file
After choosing "Transcribe File…", it's hard to tell whether it's working, how far along it is, or when it's done.
Requested:
- A visible progress indicator (percentage or time remaining) in the menu bar and on the history item
- Clear states: queued, processing, done, failed
- A notification when it's done, and a cancel button
- An options step before starting: mode, language, speakers
