Option "None" box on windows

When I compose a message, the text summary box appears and remains displayed at the end of the message until I start a new message or close it manually.It's very annoying that it stays in the middle of the screen, even in mini mode.It would be great to have the "None" option, which exists on Mac, very soon. I don't see why it isn't already available on Windows.And an option to show/hide the text summary box.The idea is that we could activate, speak, stop, and the text would stick to the selected area, allowing us to continue without it cluttering the screen.
