Need to update email address in my account - Support not responding
Hi everyone,
I purchased Superwhisper on July 7th and the license key is working fine. However, I made a typo when entering my email address during checkout.
Current situation:
Product is working with the license key
But I can't receive any emails (updates, receipts, etc.) due to the email typo
I need to update my account email to the correct one
Problem:
I contacted support a week ago to request an email address update, but haven't received any response.
Contact methods I've tried:
Support email: No response for a week
Discord: Posted a question but no reply
Twitter DM: Sent a message but no reply
Has anyone successfully changed their account email address? Is there a self-service option I'm missing? Or another way to contact support?
I'm concerned about missing important updates or not being able to manage my account properly.
Any advice would be appreciated!
