1. Simulate keypresses feature is better used in a mode specific for computer use.
2. Hold Shift to auto-send after pause is better used in email or chat mode.

"Simulate Keypresses" PER application? Which you can set per mode- so win win or standalone.
I need it for a VNC app which was summoned from 1996 and mandated by IT edict on an AOL installation CD. To top that, there is also a TMUX session which further nests an IBM 5250 session that was stood up about 6 days before Elvis' death. I'm not even kidding. I unfortunately spend significant time in those two applications, so I need the feature enabled; however, it hinders(sucks the soul out of) every other situation.
