I'm especially interested in German.
With the version 1.19.3 when I dictate something in German it will be translated into English after the post-processing.

My main comment is that it should:
1. Transcribe what it hears and just output it as is (in default mode)
2. Do NOT need to change a setting to change language. I would like to dictate in more than one language.
3. AI tools like Chat GPT or any other voice-enabled do that by default
