Save recordings locally immediately upon completion to prevent losses
Sometimes when using Superwhisper on iOS, I'll tap the end recording button but the processing indicator will just keep spinning endlessly and never actually process — I don't know if it's running into network problems, transcription issues, LLM processing trouble, or something else, but crucially, it doesn't appear to SAVE the recording until this endless spinner completes. If I close the app and try to come back to it, or even just open the Superwhisper app, there is no record of the recording I made or the transcription that was created. This is really worrisome because it introduces the fear, whenever I do longer dictations, that three to four to five minutes of speech may be lost and have to be re-dictated, which is quite frustrating. I've seen this mentioned in various Reddit posts so would be awesome to see it handled.

Since posting this, i.e. less than 24 hours ago, I have lost two recordings. The first one I tapped the end recording button and it just immediately snapped back to the default ready to record visual, but my recording was never processed and I couldn't find it in the app either. The second time I finished the recording, it kept spinning and spinning and spinning and loading until eventually it just stopped and again nothing was inserted and I couldn't find anything in the app. I'm not sure how to repro this bug, but given how frequently it seems to happen for me and other users I've seen on Reddit, this should be fairly easy to notice for anybody who uses Superwhisper with a decent frequency throughout the day
