Extensible plugin system (Alfred/Raycast-style)

Superwhisper's feature backlog is full of requests that are really one-off workflow needs — custom post-processing, app-specific formatting, pushing transcripts into other tools. A plugin API would let the community build those instead of the team triaging them one at a time. Raycast is a good model: a React-based extension API, a manifest, and a store for discovery. Plugins would ideally hook into the transcript lifecycle (pre/post-processing), register custom modes, and read/write user config. Ship the built-in modes on top of the same API so it stays honest. Practical upside: less pressure on the roadmap, and people get exactly the behavior they want without waiting on a release.
