Consistently double-pastes into ChatGPT

I'm experiencing frequent doubling of my message in the macOS ChatGPT desktop app. None of the proposed solutions here (https://superwhisper.com/docs/common-issues/pasting-issues#t…) are effective. Command-Z/Undo removes the second paste, and restores the intended message.
