"CMD + Enter" does not work in dictionary so please bring the "Replace with" button back

Currently, there is only the "CMD + Enter" Option to add a new word to the vocabulary and for all the people I know, it does not work. So we cannot add words to our dictionary anymore. We had to roll back to 2.12.1 to fix it
