Character replacement problem

In Switzerland, the sharp double-S (ß), which is used in Germany, is always replaced by a double S (ss). Unfortunately Superwhisper voice models only process standard German. It would be very helpful if one could not only replace individual words, but also specific characters in the vocabulary. This way I could use it in Switzerland. This would also solve a problem I have when doing AI post-processing. The AI replaces all umlauts like Ö, Ü, and Ä with OE, UE, or AE — just as we do when using an English keyboard without umlaut keys. I could not find a prompt to stop AI doing this. It seems that AI in Superwhisper is using a fixed character set. ChatGPT here in Switzerland or Germany does not do this. Any idea how to solve these problems? Regards from Switzerland, Frank
