BUG: Keyboard Shortcuts not recognizing Right Side Modifiers

I've been consistently having issues getting the shortcuts configuration settings to recognize the right side modifiers. I'm trying to get the keybind to recognize as RightCommand + Shift. The shortcut will initially show the Rightcommand icon, but as soon as I add the Shift key, the shortcut rightcommand icon gets auto replaced with the regularcommand icon. What's odd is that it then automatically readds the Right Command icon for a final keyboard shortcut of leftcommand + Shift + righcommand. In general, the app does not seem to easily regonize between right or left modifiers. It would be nice to ensure that there is better support here and that this bug is resolved.
