ARM Processors Models Offline Mode

I'm using a high spec Snapdragon X Elite processor on Windows and I'm unable to download the models offline, not due to processing power but incompatibility. Therefore, I have to use the cloud online cloud-based options.As Snapdragon is in many ways is growing in market share in the processing market due to its class leading power and efficiency on par and better than Apple, I wonder whether it's worthwhile catering to this market.Thanks for your time.
