Allow local models hosted on Tailscale tailnet to be detected

My local AI models are hosted on an inference server that is exposed to my Tailnet. I'm only able to access the inference server if I'm on the same network using the local IP.  When I use the Tailnet IP, even though it works in the browser, and in other apps like Claude Code, Super Whisper is not able to find the model.
