Allow combinations like Ctrl-Win for push to talk and turning recording on and off

Currently, it says "missing trigger key", which, to my understanding, means that I need to add a letter/symbol key to the combination. (Windows version) Also, using a double press of a single key to start/stop recording would be nice.
