Add option to open recording window near mouse cursor / active window

I have a large monitor and a secondary monitor, so sometimes the distance where SuperWhisper is giving me recording feedback is really far away from where I need to insert the text it's transcribing. This option would base the position of the recording window to the position of the mouse cursor (or caret if available). As a secondary option, it would center the window to the active app's primary window.
