Add ElevenLabs IIScribe v2 Realtime Language Model Support
It would be awesome to be able to access from Dropdown or even add (with API key, currently I can only add AI models, not speech models) 11ElevenLabs Scribe v2 Realtime model. Please give us a way to access the model.

Would be very useful. Current model works well, but it has issues with live speech — delays, sometimes loses context in longer recordings. IIScribe v2 is built for realtime, should handle this better. Plus ElevenLabs has decent performance with accents and background noise. If you add it as an option — users could choose depending on the task. One engine for quick notes, another for longer dictation
