Add a Traditional Chinese (Taiwan, zh-TW) interface

Please add a complete Traditional Chinese interface for Superwhisper using the Taiwan locale (zh-TW), not Simplified Chinese (zh-CN).Requested scope:- Prioritize the macOS and iOS interfaces, including Settings, Modes, recording window, History, Agent/chat panels, dialogs, notifications, onboarding, menus, tooltips, and error messages.- Use Taiwan-standard terminology and punctuation, with a native localization rather than automatic Simplified-to-Traditional character conversion.- Follow the macOS/iOS system language automatically and also provide a manual language selector.- Keep Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) and Simplified Chinese as separate localization options.This would make Superwhisper much more accessible to users in Taiwan and other Traditional Chinese-speaking communities.
